Delivery and returns


How long do I have to make a return?

We offer our customers a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.

All the information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our general terms and conditions of sale.

 

Do I have to pay for return postage?

For all items returned, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

 

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer service department to find out how to proceed. info@claramo.fr

The Customer can do this by using the withdrawal form or by sending an e-mail to info@claramo.fr.

 

Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, which means that the product must be returned in its original, reinforced packaging, which must be intact, just like the product itself. Prior to any shipment, photos of the packages to be returned must be submitted to Claramo for approval and the carrier's contact information must be provided.

As a matter of principle, the customer will manage the return of their goods to our warehouses by the carrier of their choice in compliance with these GTC. The customer must return the goods within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which he/she made his/her request for withdrawal.
